on the arrow button on the end of the Quicktime controller bar... |

'Plug-in Settings' from the drop down menu that appears... |

Click
on the 'Connection Speed' button in the window that appears |

|

Choose
the appropriate connection speed for your internet connection, then close
the window.
Click on the 'Refresh' button in your browser to reload the movie using
the modified settings. |
